From the mud of Kibagare.
Rooted in Kibagare, Nairobi, we uplift children and youth through baseball, mentorship and belonging.
Purpose, beyond the scoreboard.
Our mission
To uplift and empower children and youth from Kibagare through baseball, fostering talent, discipline, teamwork and life skills that inspire brighter futures.
Our vision
A generation of young people from Kibagare who thrive in sport and in life, becoming role models and agents of positive change in their community and beyond.
Our values
It started with a few kids and a patch of mud.
Kibagare Angels began in early 2025 as a neighbourhood effort to give children in Kibagare, an informal settlement in Nairobi, somewhere safe to play and belong. The first practices were barefoot, on a dirt field that turned to mud whenever it rained. Within two seasons the Angels were winning in the Nairobi Little League, travelling to Kakamega, and sending players to Japan with Team Kenya.
Run by coaches, mentors and volunteers.
The Angels are powered by people who give their time so that kids can play, learn and grow. No fanfare, just a community showing up.
